PROJECT DETAILS
In 2014, Dykon partnered with Clarkson Construction on the explosive felling of the Roe Avenue Bridge in Overland Park, Kansas. The bridge went over the busy I-435 highway and night time blasting was the best approach for this project within the allotted 12 hours window. Dykon drilled and blasted the concrete support columns on the vehicular and pedestrian bridges in order to drop the bridge in place.
