PROJECT DETAILS
Dykon performed the drilling and blasting for the Highway 59 sewer line in Grove, Oklahoma. This project passed by many homes and blasting mats were used to further manage the rock heave. Dykon blasted in the yard of various homes, at distances less than 40’ from the front door. Just over 3,000 pounds of explosives were loaded for this close proximity blasting project.
