PROJECT DETAILS
In 2006 Dykon was contracted to perform the drilling and blasting on the Oak Grove Electrical Station, TXU, in Robertson County, Texas. With the use of dynamite and non-electric detonators, Dykon blasted the Unit 1 stack, the ID fan and the precipitator foundation for Fluor Enterprises. In total, Dykon shot 8,086 cubic yards of reinforced concrete.
