PROJECT DETAILS

A bridge over I-35 near Gardner, Kansas needed to be removed.  The fastest way was to cover the existing highway with sand and dirt.  A small amount of explosives was used to remove the bridge piers allowing the bridge to drop providing access for the heavy equipment to rip it apart.
